외모 콤플렉스를 가진 평범한 직장인 김모미가 밤마다 마스크로 얼굴을 가린 채 인터넷 방송 BJ로 활동하면서 의도치 않은 사건에 휘말리며 벌어지는 이야기로, 김모미의 파란만장한 일대기를 그린 넷플릭스 시리즈입니다.

오프닝 시퀀스에서는 여러 방향으로 바라본 사람의 얼굴을 해체하고 다시 하나로 합쳐서 표현한 입체파 화가 파블로 피카소의 작품과 여러 얼굴을 겹치고 조각내서 표현한 마티아스 뒤하멜 작가의 작품의 표현 방식들을 참고해서 작품에서 다루고 있는 인간의 이중성과 양면성을 표현하려고 하였고, 여러 번 등장하는 눈을 통해 외모를 보는 사람들의 편견, 주목을 받고 싶은 모미의 욕망, 그런 모미를 관음적으로 바라보거나 분노하는 시선들을 나타냈습니다. 전체적으로는 모미의 꿈과 삶을 보여주는 흐름으로 오프닝을 작업했습니다.

It is a story about Kim Mo-mi, an ordinary office worker with an appearance complex, being caught up in an unintended incident while working as an Internet broadcast BJ with a mask every night, and a Netflix series depicting Kim Mo-mi's turbulent life.

The duality and ambivalence of humans dealt with in the work by referring to the works of Cubist painter Pablo Picasso, who expressed the face of a person looking from various directions by disassembling it and putting it back together, and the work of Mathias Duhamel, who expressed the face by overlapping and fragmenting it. I tried to express it through the eyes that appeared several times, showing the prejudices of people who look at her appearance, Momi's desire to receive attention, and the voyeuristic or angry gazes toward Momi. Overall, we worked on the opening with a flow that shows Momi's dreams and life.
